Once your Microsoft Outlook program opens up, you should see a toolbar menu at the very top left of the page: (File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, Actions, Help).

With your mouse or keyboard click on Tools and within the Tools menu click on Email Accounts.

Once you click on Email Accounts you will see an Account Wizard come up. If "Add an email account" is not selected, with your mouse or keyboard, please select it now. Click Next to proceed once you have made this selection.

You will now see "Server Type". Please select POP3 as your server type. After you have selected POP3, click Next.

You will now see the pop up box entitled "Internet E-mail settings (POP3)" and be prompted to enter some information.
